WLC RAPID GLOBAL DEPLOYMENT

The foundation for the adoption of GHELS by the Global Logistics Industry is borne out of the industry's need for change.

The existing condition of the fragmented and unsecure Global Logistics Industry (GLI) and the uncertain direction in which it is heading, combined with the present needs of the Global Logistics Industry participants, starting from the small shipper in an underdeveloped country to governments around the world, confirms that the Global Logistics Industry is set to change.

Through a Pilot Implementation Program, the Global Coalition for Efficient Logistics (GCEL), a public/private coalition consisting of governments from around the world, will trigger GHELS to the world. In the meantime, the WLC is one of the largest organizations in the world with the main objective to deploy GHELS globally in 18 months. The GCEL and the WLC will provide the influence and credibility required for the GLI to change.
